Singapore American School commencement 2026

The order is only after the Graduation Ceremony.

1. Click Order Now to the online shop
2. Select your preferred package
   (Click on the product image to view package details) 
3. Review the package details 
4. Click Buy Now, proceed to checkout, and fill in your details 
5. Under “Remarks”, enter:**
   • Graduate’s Name
   • Stage Photo Ref No. 
6. Double-check your address and phone number before submitting.

**This is to make sure that you downloaded and received the correct photo.

If you have any further questions or have lost your order slip, please email our stage photo department.

Each graduate receives a unique stage photo reference number for ordering their photo.

After stepping off the stage, you’ll receive an order slip with ordering instructions. Your Stage Photo Ref No. can be found on the order slip.  (e.g., SASXXXX50001).

This stage photo reference number is also the key number for downloading your soft copy.

Payment via PayNow. Google Pay, PayLah, Pay-Anyone and credit card.

Purchased soft copies will be available for download from 10 June to 31 August 2026. 

Please note that downloads are not immediate after purchase. You will receive an email with the download link within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase.

Before uploading, all photos go through pairing, color correction, and processing to ensure they are correctly matched to each graduate and the colors look good for display. 

The shipping fee for local addresses is $10. For overseas addresses, shipping to Asia is $50, while shipping to the USA or Europe is $70.

The physical hard copy print of the photo and folder/frame will be delivered about one and a half months after your order date.
