The soft copy is available only upon receiving a confirmation email.
Upon successfully purchasing the preferred package, soft copies will be available for download from 26th Nov 2024 to 31st Jan 2025

We provide Graduate Stage Photo, Printing & Framing services
To order your graduation stage photos, simply click on the "ORDER NOW" button and you'll be taken to the page "Order photo and Download" portal. From there, you'll need to enter your correct stage photo reference number to access the order form.
Please double-check your address and phone number before submitting your order to avoid additional fees. For the returning mail/parcel, EO Digital may charge an admin/handling fee re-delivery fee of $8.00 for each mail/parcel.
After submitting the order form, save a copy. A confirmation email will be sent within 3 to 5 business days after payment verification.

No, each order slip is designed for a single product only. If you have multiple order slips with different stage photo numbers, you'll need to decide which one to purchase.
Please be aware that mixing and matching is not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
Each graduate has their own unique stage photo reference number.
When you step off the stage, you will receive a slip with information about how to order the stage photo.
The stage photo reference number is located in the left corner below the barcode.

Payment via PayNow. Google Pay, PayLah, Pay-Anyone
The preview will be available from 26 Nov 24, which is also the same date as the soft copy download.
All photos require pairing, color correction, and processing before they can be uploaded. This step ensures that all photos are correctly associated with the respective person and that the colors look good for display.
Soft copies are only available after purchasing the product(s) and can be downloaded from 26th Nov 2024 to 31st Jan 2025.
Please note that the download is not immediate after purchase. We will send an email within 3-5 working days to notify you when the download is ready.
To ensure that graduates receive the correct photos, we require sufficient time for matching and checking during the photo processing stage.
For ordered folder/frame, additional processing may be required, and delivery via courier service may take up to one and a half months
The Photographs not received should be brought to the attention of EO Digital Photographics within 2 months after the ceremony.
We reserve the right not to replace any loss of photographs thereafter.
If you didn't download it before the deadline, you may contact our stage photo department via email before 31st Jan 2025. Please note that we reserve the right not to respond after this date.
