Temasek Polytechnic Graduation Ceremony 2025

1. Click "ORDER NOW" to access the Order Photo and Download portal.
    
2. Enter your stage photo reference number to access the order form.
    
3. Double-check your address and phone number before submitting to avoid additional fees.
   ***A $9.00 re-delivery fee applies for returned mail/parcels.***
    
4. Make a payment via PayNow App and copy the Reference No./Transaction ID into the Transaction ID field.
    
5. Click Submit and save the PDF order confirmation for your records.

• Basic Package:  2 soft copies ONLY or with two 5R printed photos or with a card holder with TP logo.  (Valid till 15 July 2025)
   
• Exclusive Package:  Available in 5R or 8R sizes, featuring a folder with TP logo hot stamp. An 8R frame is also available as an option.
   
• Bundle Package: Includes both the folder and the 8R frame.

• Family Package:  A promotional package valid for one year includes a FREE 5R Exclusive Package. (Valid till 30 June 2025)

 All packages include 2 soft copies available for download. 

Each graduate receives a unique stage photo reference number for ordering their photo.

After stepping off the stage, you’ll receive a slip with ordering instructions. Your reference number can be found below the barcode  (e.g., TPXXXX10001).

If you’ve lost your order slip, please email our TP Stage Photo Department.

Yes! Photo previews will be available starting 26th May 2025, the same date as the soft copy download.

Before uploading, all photos go through pairing, color correction, and processing to ensure they are correctly matched to each graduate and the colors look good for display. 

Purchased soft copies will be available for download from 26 May to 31 July 2025. 

Please note that downloads are not immediate after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email within 3-5 working days once your payment has been verified and your soft copies are ready for download. 

To ensure accuracy, we require sufficient time for photo matching and processing before delivery.

Basic package: Hard copy prints will be mailed via SingPost and typically take around one month to arrive.

Exclusive package (includes folder/frame): Additional processing is required, and delivery via courier service may take up to 1.5 months.

If you do not receive your photos, please contact EO Digital Photographics within 3 months from your order date. 

We reserve the right not to replace any loss of photographs thereafter.
