About the studio photography

• This is a very basic package that is special to cater for most of the families in Singapore.
• One frame size 11"x14" OR 16"x20" for a family up to 5 pax and one 8"x12" for the graduate individual.
• 2 edited soft copies will be returned via email.

• There is an additional charge of $90 per pax on top of the package.
• Subsequent $50 per pax
• All the charges need to be paid when the photo session.

• Yes, there are many sizes to select.

• About the up-size, you can discuss with us via email when booking.

• Our studio area can shoot up to 50 pax for a shoot.
• Due to the covid-19 pandemic, there is only 10 pax allow to be unmasked.

• The photo size can print up to a 60-inch length.
• You can choose either laminate or canvas finishing.
• There are various frames in the studio for you to select for matching the photo as well as your house furniture.

• There is an additional charge of $90 per pax on top of the "Best Graduation Packages".
• If you need the photo frame size bigger than 20x24 or more photo frames.  Please send us an email for the "Deluxe Graduation Packages".

• Yes, we do but is optional. The charge is $150 per pax.
• We encourage you to do the makeup and hairdo first before coming to the studio.

• Please make a booking for your session two weeks in advance if you prefer shooting on the weekends.
• For weekday sessions, you can book one week in advance.

• Dress accordingly to the type of photoshoot you'll be having. We do provide complimentary usage of blazers, available in various sizes, mainly in dark colours and also neckties for men at our studio. 
• Graduation Family: - Graduations are formal ceremonies. It is strongly recommended to be in formal attire in the photography session. For gents who are not gowned, please be dressed in a jacket, light-coloured long-sleeved shirt, and black pants. Ladies who are not gowned should be dressed in their best outfits. Colour not too bright can be matched to the graduates’ hood colour is better. 
• Family lifestyle: - You are recommended to be in team colour for the family member during the photography session. Example: top in white (or any colour in the team) shirt or polo shirt with jeans or khaki pants. Another way also can be the different colour for the family member. Example: totally different colour with striking feeling. 
• Corporate: - We can provide complimentary use of blazers and neckties for men at our studio photography session. Lady's blazers are available at our studio. 

• We do provide an optional paid service for make-up and hairstyling. All of our make-up artists are professionals with at least 10 years of experience. Please be sure to indicate to us if you want this service. 
• Do note that if decide to use the make-up service you will be required to come 1 hour before the shoot for your make-up. 

• For family photo sessions will be taken approximately about 1.5 hours. You will be able to view your photos immediately on the big LED screen at the studio after the shoot to shortlist your favourite shots for final selection. 
• For the photograph's frame, we have more than 60 different styles of framing for you to choose from to best match your home decor. 

• The photoshoot will include two poses for the solo shot and one pose for the family shoot. We will take as many photos of the shot as required to get the best and there may be slight changes in poses during the shoot as deem fit by the photographer. 

• You are welcome to bring it especially your certificate and folder or scroll. Or if you wish to include a favorite item or object, just bring it along. 
• In our studio, our collection of props is constantly updated, giving you a variety of choice. 

 Yes, pets are most welcome to be included in your portraits. 

Yes. The selected soft copy will return the size 1800x1200px per image via email or share on the cloud. 

Basic retouching is included for selected frame-up photos only. A soft copy with a resolution of 1800x1200px will be emailed after frame collection/delivery.

1. Colour correction and colour enhancement.
2. Lighten eye bag, wrinkle, smiling line and neckline.
3. Remove pimples, freckles & moles on the face & neck.
4. Soften shine on the face.
5. Remove the reflection of glasses/spectacles.
6. Remove minors things (dust spots, pins etc)
7. There are additional charges at Advance Digital Retouch.

The fame photos include the basic retouching for no charge.

Other soft copy rates for basic retouching are as follows: 

Family photos cost $150 per photo for a group of 5 people. Any additional retouching of the face will cost $50 each. 

Solo photos cost $50 each.

• The advance digital retouch in the professional term is called Digital Imaging. The charges range from $100 and above. 
• For example, to slimmer of face or any other part of body and jawline sharper, eyes bigger, make up on your face, etc... 

 No, if you like to keep it you have to purchase. 

Full payment shall be made after the photo session. Unless instructed or told otherwise, we usually accept payments made via PayNow, cash, Nets or cheque only and not credit cards.

• The collection time is about 2.5 - 3 months after you selected the photos. 
• For those who order photo sizes of 20”x24” and above. We will email the edited photo for your viewing before we proceed to print about 2 months later from the shooting date. Once you give us the "OKAY" to print, it would be about 10 working days for printing and framing. 
• Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the processing on printing and frame as well the logistic issue, the collection of the photo frame may be affected and will be delayed.

• FREE Delivery is provided only for those who order photo size 20”x24” above. 
• Delivery is for Singapore addresses only. 
• For all other sizes, the delivery charge will be (SGD)$50.
