National Awards Investiture Ceremony 2025

1. Click "ORDER NOW" below to access the Order Photo portal., Select “The Istana” followed by  " National Award Investiture Ceremony 2025 "
   
2. Enter your Stage Photo Reference Number to access the order form.
    
3. Double-check your address and phone number before submitting to avoid additional fees.
   ***A $10.00 re-delivery fee applies for returned parcels.***
    
4. Make a payment via the PayNow App and copy the Reference No./Transaction No. into the Transaction ID field.
    
5. Click Submit and click to print to save the PDF order confirmation for your records.
    

A confirmation email will be sent within 3 to 5 business days after payment verification.

Once you receive your complimentary 5R-size photograph, you may choose to make it more meaningful for display by turning it into a frame or plaque.

Available in sizes from 8R to 24R, with larger sizes available upon request.

PLAQUE: 

Available in two options:

• Aluminium plate – 210mm × 295mm (A4)
• Wooden frame plaque – 279mm × 360mm (approximately 11" × 14")
  

The preview of all photos on the order page will be available from 23 November 2025.

All photos undergo pairing, colour correction, and processing before uploading, to ensure each image is correctly matched and looks its best for display.

A complimentary 5R-size photograph of the award presentation will be mailed to you within two weeks after the event. 

Each award recipient receives a unique stage photo reference number for ordering their photo.

After stepping off the stage, you’ll receive a slip with ordering instructions. Your reference number can be found below the barcode  (e.g., NAIXXXX40001).

Two cameras are set up side by side in front of the stage. The first camera has the best angle, while the second camera is slightly off-angle. The complimentary 5R photo provided was taken from the first camera.

When you visit the order page, you'll find two photos available for preview. If you want the second photo to be printed and framed, please type (2) behind the payee name before submitting the order form OR notify us via email.

No, we are not allowed to sell the soft copy.

To ensure that the award recipients receive the correct photos, we require sufficient time for matching and checking during the photo processing stage. The 5R complimentary photo will be received in about two weeks.

For the photo frame order will be delivered about one and a half months after your order date.

Please note that the free standard postage services are available for local addresses only.
