All award recipients will receive a complimentary 5R-size photograph of the award presentation. If you'd like to enhance its display, you also have the option to order a framed version.
It can be ordered either after the ceremony Or after receiving the complimentary 5R-size photograph

We provide Awards Stage Photo Printing & Framing services
You can place an order for a photo frame for display after the ceremony.
OR
after receiving a complimentary 5R-size photo.
The preview of all photos will be available from 9 Nov 2024, so there is no need to rush the order.
All photos require pairing, color correction, and processing before they can be uploaded. This step ensures that all photos are correctly associated with the respective person and that the colors look good for display.
A complimentary 5R-size photograph of the award presentation will be mailed to you around two weeks after the event.

If you would like the photograph framed, various size options are available for ordering.
To order your awards stage photos, simply click on the "ORDER NOW" button and you'll be taken to the page "Order photo and Download" portal. From there, select the Institution/Organisation "The Istana" followed by the event, "National Award Investiture Ceremony 2024". Then you'll need to enter your correct stage photo reference number to access the order form.
Please double-check your address and phone number before submitting your order to avoid additional fees. For the returning mail, EO Digital may charge an admin/handling fee re-delivery fee of $20 for each parcel.
After submitting the order form, save a copy. A confirmation email will be sent within 3 to 5 business days after payment verification.

Each award recipient has their own unique stage photo reference number.
When you step off the stage, you will receive a slip with information about how to order the stage photo.
The stage photo reference number is located in the left corner below the barcode.

Two cameras are set up side by side in front of the stage. The first camera has the best angle, while the second camera is slightly off-angle. The complimentary 5R photo provided was taken from the first camera.
When you visit the order page, you'll find two photos available for preview. If you want the second photo to be printed and framed, please type (2) behind the payee name before submitting the order form OR notify us via email.

No, we are not allowed to sell the soft copy.
To ensure that the award recipients receive the correct photos, we require sufficient time for matching and checking during the photo processing stage. The 5R complimentary photo will be received in about two weeks.
For the photo frame order will be delivered about one and a half months after your order date.
Please note that the free standard postage services are available for local addresses only.
