All graduates who participate in the convocation ceremonies will have 2 photographs taken on stage.

One photograph will feature the receiving of the certificate in full-body view (portrait orientation) showing both recipient and presenter; and the other in half-body view (landscape orientation). 

Each graduate will receive an order slip when they come down from the stage. The stage photo reference number is printed below the barcode.

To order your graduation stage photos, simply click on the "ORDER NOW" button and take you to the page "Order photo and Download" portal. From there, you must enter your correct stage photo reference number to access the order form. 

Please double-check your address and phone number before submitting your order to avoid additional fees. For the returning mail/parcel, EO Digital may charge an admin/handling fee re-delivery fee of $9.00 for each mail/parcel.

Once your payment is made via PayNow, after keying in the Transaction ID, remember to click to submit the order form and press "Print" to save a PDF file for your reference.

Each graduate has their own unique stage photo reference number.

When you step off the stage, you will receive a slip with information about how to order the stage photo. 

The stage photo reference number is located in the left corner below the barcode.

Payment via PayNow. Google Pay, PayLah, Pay-Anyone

For payments made using methods other than PayNow, a $2 admin fee will be charged. Please select  Other Payment Methods item and increase the quantity by 1 after choosing the preferred product.

On the next page, please enter your name under "Payee Name" and specify your chosen payment method under "Transaction ID." After submitting, press "Print" to save a PDF file for your reference.

Payments can be made using various methods.

There are two important things to note before checking out:

1. Be sure to fill in your full name and the stage photo reference number in the "Remark to Seller" field.
2. Please select "Shipping" and enter your overseas address.

There is no additional charge for local addresses.

For overseas addresses, the fee is $40 for Asian countries and $60 for Europe and the USA. 

This rate applies per person and per product.

The preview will be available from 19 August, which is also the same date as the soft copy download. 

All photos require pairing, color correction, and processing before they can be uploaded. This step ensures that all photos are correctly associated with the respective person and that the colors look good for display. 

Soft copies are only available after purchasing the product(s) and can be downloaded from 19 August to 30 November 2024. 

Please note that the download is not immediate after purchase. We will send an email within 3-5 working days to notify you when the download is ready. 

To ensure that graduates receive the correct photos, we require sufficient time for matching and checking during the photo processing stage.

For basic package orders, the physical hard copy prints will be mailed via Singpost service, which typically takes around one month plus. 

For exclusive packages that include a folder/frame, additional processing may be required, and delivery via courier service may take up to one and a half months 

The Photographs not received should be brought to the attention of EO Digital Photographics within 3 months after the ceremony. 

We reserve the right not to replace any loss of photographs thereafter.

It's important to keep in mind that the family photo package is valid for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. This means you have a whole year to schedule and complete your photoshoot.
