2. Choose the Institution and select the Event
3. Enter your Stage Photo Ref No. to access the order form
4. Select your preferred product
5. Double-check your address and phone number before submitting to avoid additional fees.  ***A $9.00 re-delivery fee applies for returned mail/parcels.***  
6. Make a payment via PayNow App and copy the Reference No./Transaction ID into the Transaction ID field. 
7. Click Submit and save the PDF order confirmation for your records.

• Basic Package: 2 soft copies ONLY  (Valid till 31 Aug 2026) OR two 6R printed photos with a card holder (Valid till 30 Oct 2026) OR two 6R printed photos with a Customised Paper Hard Folder (Valid till 30 Oct 2026)
   
• Exclusive Package:  Available in 6R or 8R sizes, featuring a quality hard folder with the NTU logo hot stamp. An 8R frame is also available as an option.

Each graduate receives a unique stage photo reference number for ordering their photo.

After stepping off the stage, you’ll receive a slip with ordering instructions. Your reference number can be found below the barcode  (e.g., NTUXXXX20001).

We accept payment via PayNow. Google Pay, PayLah, Pay-Anyone

For payments made using methods other than PayNow, a $5 administrative fee will be charged. When you are on the order page, please add the “Other Payment Methods” item and increase the quantity by 1 after choosing your preferred product.

On the next page:

• Enter your name under "Payee Name"
• Indicate your chosen payment method under "Transaction ID"

You’ll receive a credit card payment link via email to complete the payment.

You can still order online and make payment by Credit card, and read through "What are the payment methods available?" above.

Yes! Photo previews will be available starting 19 August 2026, the same date as the soft copy download.

Before uploading, all photos go through pairing, color correction, and processing to ensure they are correctly matched to each graduate and the colors look good for display. 

Purchased soft copies will be available for download from 19 August to 30 November 2026. 

Please note that downloads are not immediate after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email within 3-5 working days once your payment has been verified and your soft copies are ready for download. 

Please note: The download date has been extended till 31 Dec 2026

To ensure accuracy, we require sufficient time for photo matching and processing before delivery.

Basic package: Hard copy prints will be mailed via SingPost and typically take around one month to arrive from the order date.

Exclusive package (includes folder/frame): Additional processing is required, and delivery via courier service may take up to 1.5 months.

If you do not receive your photos, please contact EO Digital Photographics within 3 months from your order date. 

We reserve the right not to replace any loss of photographs thereafter.
