Republic Polytechnic Graduation 2023

To order your graduation stage photos, simply click on the "ORDER NOW" button and you'll be taken to the page "Order photo and Download" portal. From there, you'll need to enter your correct stage photo reference number to access the order form. 

Please double-check your address and phone number before submitting your order to avoid additional fees. For the returning mail, EO Digital may charge an admin/handling fee re-delivery fee of $8.00 for each mail/parcel.

Each graduate has their own unique stage photo reference number.

When you step off the stage, you will receive a slip with information about how to order the stage photo.

The stage photo reference number is located in the left corner below the barcode.

Payment via PayNow. Google Pay, PayLah, Pay-Anyone

The preview will be available from 23 May, which is also the same date as the soft copy download. 

All photos require pairing, color correction, and processing before they can be uploaded. This step ensures that all photos are correctly associated with the respective person and that the colors look good for display. 

Soft copies are only available after purchasing the product(s) and can be downloaded from 23 May to 31 July 2023. 

Please note that the download is not immediate after purchase. We will send an email within 3-5 working days to notify you when the download is ready. 

To ensure that graduates receive the correct photos, we require sufficient time for matching and checking during the photo processing stage.

For basic package orders, the physical hard copy prints will be mailed via Singpost service, which typically takes around one month. 

For exclusive packages that include a folder/frame, additional processing may be required, and delivery via courier service may take up to one and a half months 

If you didn't download it before the deadline, you may contact our stage photo department via email before September 2023.  Please note that we reserve the right not to respond after this date.
