Republic Polytechnic Graduation 2024

To order your graduation stage photos, simply click on the "ORDER NOW" button, and you'll be taken to the "Order Photo and Download" portal page. From there, you'll need to enter your correct stage photo reference number to access the order form. 

Please double-check your address and phone number before submitting your order to avoid additional fees. For returned mail/parcel, EO Digital may charge an admin/handling fee re-delivery fee of $9.00 for each mail/parcel. 

Once your payment is made via PayNow, copy the Reference No./transaction ID and key in under Transaction ID. Remember to click to submit the order form and save the PDF file for your own reference.

Each graduate has their own unique stage photo reference number.

When you step off the stage, you will receive a slip with information about how to order the stage photo.

The stage photo reference number is located in the left corner below the barcode.

Please note that the download is not immediate after purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 3-5 working days to notify you when the download is ready. 

To ensure that graduates receive the correct photos, we require sufficient time for matching and checking during the photo processing stage.

For basic package orders, the physical hard copy prints will be mailed via Singpost service, which typically takes around one month. 

For exclusive packages that include a folder/frame, additional processing may be required, and delivery via courier service may take up to one and a half months 

The Photographs not received should be brought to the attention of EO Digital Photographics within 3 months after the ceremony. 

We reserve the right not to replace any loss of photographs thereafter.
